Children’s Public Library Design
At BookSpace, we specialise in transforming children’s areas in public libraries into vibrant, engaging spaces that bring excitement to the reading experience. Our library design service combines creativity, practicality, and a deep understanding of how children interact with books and spaces—resulting in libraries that children want to visit again and again.
Using our specially designed library furniture products—including innovative book display units, soft-seating, and flexible bookshelves—we create reading environments that are not only fun and colourful, but also help boost visitor numbers and book borrowing. Whether you’re updating a small children’s corner or redesigning a large children’s floor, our team will work closely with you to ensure your space is both functional and inspirational.
This gallery features a selection of recent children’s public libraries we’ve brought to life, each one tailored to the local community and designed to meet the needs of modern library users. From themed zones and cosy reading areas to dynamic displays that encourage browsing, you’ll find plenty of inspiration for your own project.
