Quality Library Shelving
BookSpace shelving is manufactured in the UK using timber from renewable sources
To ensure BookSpace shelving will last for many years to come, we use a high-performing material that is edge-banded to withstand the knocks and bumps of everyday life in a busy school.
Seating Quality
All of our seating is covered with high grade foam and fabric which is wipe cleanable, urine proof, bleach-cleanable and fire retardant. All our freestanding Egg, Button, Hexagon and Toadstool Seats have an internal wooden frame which provides maximum strength.
Warranty
We are so confident in the quality of our materials and workmanship that our BookSpace library shelving comes with a 10-year warranty and seating comes with a 5-year warranty. We will repair or replace any product, part or component which fails under normal use.
Delivery
Catalogue orders (placed online or by purchase order) include FREE kerbside delivery to mainland UK. For enhanced delivery options, please contact our customer service team.
Orders placed through the library design service
For Delivery Only options, our team will unload the furniture and deliver the items into the school building.
For Installation Projects, our team will unload and take the furniture to the chosen area. We take away all the packaging and boxes which are re-used or recycled.
Environment
At BookSpace we take our responsibilities to the environment very seriously. Our manufacturers have a number of systems and technologies in place to ensure that our products are sustainable and minimise our impact on the environment.
All BookSpace products – shelving, seating and acrylics are manufactured in the UK.
All of our suppliers of wooden units are made using timber from renewable sources and our manufacturer is an affiliated member of the Forestry Stewardship Council.
Wherever possible our packaging and pallets are reused as many times as possible and then sent for recycling.
