School library design referral scheme

We know that the best recommendations often come from schools themselves.

Many of our new projects start with a simple conversation between schools – a
headteacher telling another how much their new library has made a difference.

To thank you for spreading the word, we’ve launched a referral scheme – a simple way for your school to benefit when you refer another school to our library design service.

How it works

  • Refer a school
    If you’re happy with your new library and know another school that might be interested, simply pass on our details.
  • The referred school gets in touch
    Ask them to mention your school’s name when they first contact us. We will then send them our referral form for completion.
  • They go ahead with an order
    Once we receive the completed referral form and an official purchase order from the referred school, we will then issue the rewards.

Your reward

  • £250 cashback for your school when the referral goes ahead
  • £250 cashback for the new school as a welcome bonus.
  • No limit  – the more schools you refer, the more rewards you can earn.

Terms and conditions:

• The referred school (School 2) must spend a minimum of £5,000 on a library refurbishment to qualify.
• The referral scheme only applies to schools accessing our design service.
• The referred school (School 2) must mention the referring school (School 1) at the time of first enquiry and complete a referral form.
• Cashback of £250 will be paid to both the referring school (School 1) and the referred school (School 2) once we receive an official purchase order from the referred school.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a school can make.
• We are not obliged to take on a referral project; acceptance is at our discretion due to project scope, timeline, and resources.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time, but confirmed referrals will always be honoured.
