Q&A time
What book are you currently reading to your children?
With my children it’s always books with animals – The Lion Inside, Farmyard Hullabaloo, Rumble in the Jungle to name a few. The current favourite is Mog the Forgetful Cat as they like to shout ‘Bother that cat!”
What did you want to be when you were a child?
I always wanted to do something creative so luckily for me that’s worked out quite well.
What is your favourite BookSpace product?
It’s difficult to pick just one… but I’d have to say the new outdoor Reading Hideout. Being out in the fresh air but still having somewhere cosy to curl up in – best of both worlds!
What has been the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Trust your instincts.
What was the first song you bought?
I can’t remember the exact song but I was an annual buyer of ‘Now That’s What I Call Music’ compilation albums from a young age.
If you could swap places with a famous person for a day, who would it be?
Definitely a celebrity chef so I could cook and eat amazing food all day.
What is your favourite part of your job?
When a brief comes along that involves a theme – underwater/jungle/woodland. It’s great getting the opportunity to be creative and play around with new ideas.
What TV show are you currently watching?
I live with 4 year old twins so it’s usually something on the Disney Channel!
